Nintendo Wii U Launch Details Announced

At Nintendo’s Wii U preview event, Nintendo of America’s COO Reggie Fils-Aime announced that the upcoming console will be released November 18 in America. Fils-Aime also announced two different bundle packages the Wii U will be sold in.

A Basic Set, consisting of a white console with an 8GB memory will sell for $299.99, while a Deluxe Set will feature a black 32GB model selling at $349.99. Both sets will include the Wii U console, GamePad, AC adapter for each, the Wii U sensor bar, and a high-speed HDMI cable.

Nintendo of America was also gracious enough to announce the complete launch day/window game lineup for their spiffy new HD console.
